A short list of what to have ready before your evaluation session, so the time is spent deciding — not gathering.

The evaluation goes further, faster, when a few things are ready in the room. None of it needs to be polished — rough and real beats tidy and out of date.
Bring to the session
Ready before we meet
- A list of the sites or locations in scope
- The handful of workflows you most want to improve
- A sample export from your current system — even a rough one
- The people who own each area, or at least their names
- Any hard constraints — deadlines, peak seasons, systems that can’t change yet
Who to involve
| Role | Why they’re useful |
|---|---|
| A decision-maker | Can say what matters most and what can wait. |
| Someone who runs the work | Knows how the workflows actually behave, not just how they’re meant to. |
| Whoever owns the data | Can speak to what’s in your current system and what’s trustworthy. |
