Checklists
Go-live readiness checklist
The checks to clear before your first site goes live — so go-live day is a formality, not a fire drill. Work through it with your implementation lead.

Go-live goes smoothly when nothing on this list is still open. Run through it a few days before, not on the morning of — most items take a little time to fix once you spot them.
People are ready
Before go-live day
- Every user who goes live has an account and the right role
- Key users have completed their training session
- One named owner is on point for go-live day
- Your team knows how to reach support if something blocks them
Data is in and checked
- 1
Confirm the final data import
The most recent import reflects your current system, not a weeks-old snapshot. Spot-check a handful of records you know well.
- 2
Reconcile opening balances
Stock, ledgers or registers match your source of truth on the cut-over date. Sign this off with whoever owns those numbers.
- 3
Agree the freeze window
Everyone knows the point after which changes go into the new system only — not the old one.
